Here is the PC setup guide for older Windows 10 versions of MassHunter. It includes the PC specifications.

The software installation instructions would be included as part of your original media kit. Generally for the older revisions you would either use the guided installation index page from the media or run the installer as admin and accept the defaults.

As versions prior to 10.x are going out of support at this point, if possible I would suggest discussing upgrade options with your local sales and service team.
