Comparing Final Concentration Against LOQ?

If you want to check the final concentration to see if it is below your LOQ in Report Builder then instead of checking for the outlier flag you will need to check against the value of the LOQ outlier. There is an example here of how to compare directly to the LOQ entry itself.

The example shows manually checking against the calculated concentration, but you can just change those to be final concentration.

As an addition to this formula,  how would you also check against the qualifier ratio and retention times?  For example, report <LOQ if the qualifier ratio and peak retention times are outside of a 10% range?

You can keep adding conditions to the if statement, though you would need to make certain there are entries for each of those values and that they are not null. As this could begin to make the typical ternary if statement a bit difficult to follow, you may want to consider using some of the tips from this discussion to evaluate each case on its own and build a more classical looking if else statement.

You could even build your Boolean checks and then evaluate them together at the end, which may further improve readability. For example, you could check to see if there is a peak retention time and if it is not null and then set a Boolean variable according to the condition you specify. Do this for each condition you want to evaluate and then build the final if statement using your Booleans.
