Problem: Unable to perform Instrument Configuration for Agilent 1290 LC. The instrument pings at IP address 192.168.254.11 with NO packet loss and connects fine in Agilent Lab Advisor software. Able to perform instrument commands in Lab Advisor.
However, we are unable to get the LC to Configure correctly even after executing the "Remove MassHunter Processes", deleting and adding the Module/Package. The error we receive is "SetConfigSettings Failed". We repaired, as well as uninstalled and then reinstalled the Data Acquisition software (Version 1.2), and even updated the Firmware on all of the LC peripherals with no success.
Has anyone experienced this problem before? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
