Hello Agilent community,
I'm trying to run a sequence in Agilent GCMS, using the MassHunter program, but I have the warning message:
"Can't access printer or no printer instaled"
Apparently, the GCMS equipment is ok, but I can't run the sequences, there is not injection occurrence. Somebody knows this problem and can help me solve this?
Agilent GC model 7890B
Agilent MSD model: 5977B
MassHunter version: 100368
