Hi Howard.
I am more concerned with the proper integration of small shoulder peaks using a tangent skim. An example is below. https://imgur.com/2BFWKvQ Any ideas for this?
Thanks!

There are a few different parameters you can adjust in the ChemStation Integrator options tab that will determine how shoulders are detected and how and when tangent skimming is performed. In addition to the help file entries for these settings, which can quickly be accessed by placing your cursor in one of the parameter entry fields and pressing the <F1> key, there are some additional tips and documentation available in these documents.

Hi Howard.
I played around with the integration parameters based on the documents you referred me to but I am still having a hard time getting those smaller peaks integrated properly. Is is possible for me to send you the file I am working on (via DropBox or some other file transfer software) and you can take a look at it?
Please let me know.

At this point I would recommend that you contact your local Agilent support team (Contact Us | Agilent ) as they will be able to find the most appropriate resources to help resolve your issue and more easily arrange for file sharing as needed.
