I added tags to this post to increase visibility.
If this is single quad GCMS data, you can use MSD ChemStation data analysis to export your raw data to AIA format (option found in the file dropdown menu).
So far I have not found a way to do this using MassHunter. I will continue looking into it and let you know as I find out more.

We are using GC/Q-TOF data not single quad GCMS data.
Unfortunately, it does not look like there is currently an option to export GCMS QTOF data to AIA format. Both MSD Chemstation and the GCMS Translator (as described by Im_a_lumberjack in his reply) are only compatible with single quad data.
