The wrong mobile phase is being used.

I am using the 1260 Infinity G1312B bin pump. The A1 is selected and its drawing mobile phase out of the A2 media bottle. Can anyone share some insight into this issue.

Sounds like a problem with the solvent selection valve. Probably best to contact your local Agilent service team!

Hi Rpsly,

Are the lines correctly set up? Is the line from bottle A1 going to the A1 position on the valve?
