LC/MS connection problem

The Trap is way out of support but here somethings to try. What was trap doing when this happened (running, Idle)Can you ping the trap 192.168.254.10?  Have you tried rebooting everything?

Hi m4esti! 

I'm always able to ping the trap, and I've tried to reboot everything. This usually happens when I start the system, starting "Instrument Online", I see the trap in "busy" status (looking at the bottom right corner of the program) and sometimes a window in application bar opens with "Server busy" title describing an error in ethernet connection to MS and I see the trap in "Shutdown" status.

Sometimes I'm randomly able to start the trap and to use it.

One additional ionformation: it seems that if I start the trap from "MSD trap control" I don't have any problem, and if I click "Instrument 1 (Online)" I have these error messages connected with the trap, I don't know why.
