Question

Can someone help me with this. ? 
 While optimisation iam getting errors like "Peak not found during ce optimisation" 
 Does that mean the product ions are not stable.? 
 How to sole this? CE IS FROM 0-60 
 Fragmentation voltages from 50-250

Yes, you could confirm the precursor ion and product ion(s) in acquisition outside of Optimizer first. 
 
 If you confirm the precursor and product ion(s), rerun optimizer and monitor at which point it errors. If it is due to low abundance. injecting a higher volume may help address the issue.
