6470B QQQ not ready

Hello,

It's a brand new 6470B QQQ MS. After adding more tune solution mix, I'd like to do an auto tuning. In the begining, the Instrument Status panel shows that the state of QQQ is Standby. I turn it on and the status changes into Not Ready. It takes many hours but still not ready. The textlog shows that QQQ: not ready Text Long: equilibrating quad heaters. How to solve it and move on?

    We also have the same 6470B and issue of the "equilibrating quad heaters" error multiple times. Last time, the posted solution did not work. When calling Agilent, they said to set mobile phase volumes to 1 and then shutdown engines and power cycle the QQQ and this, for whatever reason, worked. Now yesterday, this issue happened in the middle of a worklist, stopping the run that was supposed to go over the weekend and putting us a full day and a half behind schedule. This is unacceptable and needs a real and permanent fix Agilent!
