6470B QQQ not ready

Sorry you are having this issue. Shut down Acquisition software. Close Connection in Control  Panel(assuming you have MH12) if not shutdown engines. Power cycle the QqQ. Wait till you hear the valve cycle twice, or the status lite on the QqQ goes from blinking yellow to a blinking,solid red. restart Acq sw.

We also have the same 6470B and issue of the "equilibrating quad heaters" error multiple times. Last time, the posted solution did not work. When calling Agilent, they said to set mobile phase volumes to 1 and then shutdown engines and power cycle the QQQ and this, for whatever reason, worked. Now yesterday, this issue happened in the middle of a worklist, stopping the run that was supposed to go over the weekend and putting us a full day and a half behind schedule. This is unacceptable and needs a real and permanent fix Agilent!
