My 6230 TOF is suddenly no longer responding and it is no longer recognized by Masshunter software or the diagnostic utility software. The instrument had pumped down over the weekend after having been shut off completely for 1+ years.
System specs:
Windows XP, Masshunter B.04.00
Sequence of events:
Pump down via diagnostic utility commands -> 2.10 Exp-6 Torr turbo pressure in about 100 hrs
Voltage conditioning started using diagnostic utility commands -> started 8 h cycling
Switch on Masshunter acquisition software -> recognized TOF
Lost connection to TOF although it responded to being pinged.
Was no longer to communicate with either software
Are there any suggestions what we could do?
