Hello,
We have an LC/MS system (Agilent G2440A LC/MSD Trap) with some communication problems. The LC part is still communicating with the operating PC, instead we aren't able to ping the ion trap. If this other clue can be helpful, the side led on the main power is green and in "run" mode, the frontal led is blinking.
Any suggestion?

Maybe I didn't make myself clear: for the lateral leds, the green power light is ON and no light from busy light, the blinking led is on the frontal panel, near the corner. I attach some pictures:
I've already tried with a different lan cable, bypassing the switch box, and with a "reset" from the lateral button too, with no change on the situation.
