LC-MS chemsation to masshunter conversion

The files were generated using Chemstation C.01.07 SR3. I am trying to use LC/SQ translator utility B.04.00(B481.16)

Have you confirmed that the files can be opened in ChemStation? If they can be opened with ChemStation but are still giving errors in the translator then it would be best to log a call with your local support team for further assistance. This is not a currently known issue and it may require a more detailed analysis of the issue than would be possible through the community.

When you find out something please feel free to come back and share the resolution.

I am adding tanmoy94's reply to my e-mail..." we re-extracted the zip folder that had all these files and the new files seem to work, we are not having that problem anymore"
