Auto tune error

Question

I will appreciate the community's assistance in fixing the "peak width adjust error" for failed dual polarity autotune on LCMS 1290 Infinity coupled with G6125B LC/MSD.

Hi 
 Those community links are for QTOF Quad tune which would be different than of a SQ in OL. Have you tried cleaning the front end, ion capillary and or optics? If you have done this you can see if quad frequency can be adjusted in the Diagnosis section. If none of this works, I reccomend onsite.
