We adjusted the cycle time from what was described from your link with no results. We recently solved the issue by talking with an Agilent technician who directed us to remove MassHunter Processes and power cycling the MS and LC for a few seconds. Everything is operational with a passing check tune. If you were to do this procedure, I would confirm again through the Agilent phone help line.

You already vent the system and reboot PC but problem not solved while power cycling MS and removing process solved the problem..Good...Nice solution...
