Programmable single wavelength (excitation and emission) fluorescence detector G7121A

Hello,

I ve got a G7121A Flurorescence detector on a 1260 infinity II HPLC and i would like to do an programmation of several Ex/Em wavelengths over time.
Is it possible with this detector or must i use just one ex/em for the run?

Thanks a lot

  • According to the user manual you are able to change the following things in a timetable on a G7121A:

I actually never used a timetable on a G7121A model. Like the G1321C, the G7121A just offers one pair of EX/EM, so signal A only. For enhanced signal capabilities you'd need a G7121B, resp. a G1321A or G1321B.

Most customers buy a G7121A on purpose, when they don't do method development and/or use an existing, compulsory method.
