Hello,
I ve got a G7121A Flurorescence detector on a 1260 infinity II HPLC and i would like to do an programmation of several Ex/Em wavelengths over time.
Is it possible with this detector or must i use just one ex/em for the run?
Thanks a lot

The G7121A is an FLD without spectral and multi-signal capabilities, so just "Signal A", which means one pair of EX and EM wavelength. However, you can program a set of single signals during run-time in a time table:
Hi sschombu
Thanks a lot for your response.
I programmed a time table with several pairs Ex Em but the signal acquired is still the signal based on signal A.
The signal not changes function of pairs of Ex Em
Many thanks.
According to the user manual you are able to change the following things in a timetable on a G7121A:
I actually never used a timetable on a G7121A model. Like the G1321C, the G7121A just offers one pair of EX/EM, so signal A only. For enhanced signal capabilities you'd need a G7121B, resp. a G1321A or G1321B.
Most customers buy a G7121A on purpose, when they don't do method development and/or use an existing, compulsory method.
