Hello Dear,
We use the Infinty II device with Empower 3 FR5 software.
We get an error when we want to start analysis. Error Code (Instrument Failure AgilentLC#0030D3343D36)
If we start the injection from tray number 2 (on the right) while writing the sample set, we do not get any errors.
What do you think could be the source of the error?
Instrument method? Is it a software issue or something else?
