 We have just moved the device from one laboratory to another. When we tried to install the device on our new computer with the Chromeleon software, we got an error message. The automatic configuration did not work. Even after we tried to integrate the individual modules into the system, it didn't work. We then connected a Gameboy from you and it did not recognise 3 out of 4 modules. It only recognises the Autosampler module. The 3 modules also light up yellow, only the autosampler is grey. 
 Do you have any idea what has happened? Do you have a solution?

1. With the yellow lights, this is typical that those three are yellow at turning on. And for the sampler, it is typically no color (grey) upon initialization. So the lights look fine. 
 2. The gameboy does not recognize those 3 modules because the firmware of the gameboy is probably one or two firmwares too low to see these "newer" modules. 
 3. The main thing you need to know is the IP address of the instrument. Typically, in you stack configuration, the LAN cable is connected to the G7117C detector. In the back of the module, there are dip switches, if all are down the IP address is 192.168.254.11.
