HPLC 1260 Infinity II - Modules unknown

Hello dear Agilent user's

We have just moved the device from one laboratory to another. When we tried to install the device on our new computer with the Chromeleon software, we got an error message.
The automatic configuration did not work. Even after we tried to integrate the individual modules into the system, it didn't work.
We then connected a Gameboy from you and it did not recognise 3 out of 4 modules. It only recognises the Autosampler module.
The 3 modules also light up yellow, only the autosampler is grey.

Do you have any idea what has happened? Do you have a solution?
