Transport arm locked, error (3044) on 1100 infinity G1329A

Hi, 
 After fan cleaning, i have Transport arm locked, error (3044) on 1100 infinity G1329A that make my ALS doesn't work and needle up all time. failed inilization on ALS, and can not read my tray as well. any help.

Thanks for advising, do other errors show up in the logbook? 
 Please watch the movement of the sampler arm during initialisation: 
 - Is it shaky or jittery? If yes, turn off module and clean transport rods using IPA & lint free cloth. 
 - Which position/location does the arm stop at during initialisation? 
 - What is the first error that comes up in the logbook immediately after failing initialisation?

 Then watch the initialisation again to see if there is any difference or if the arm stops at a different position.
