Hi dear
I have a USP standard of a compound and i tested it with HPLC (uv : 260 nm)
I read the concentration of API about 121%
would you please guiding me why it was happened?

Are you using the USP standard as your calibration standard and measuring an equivalent concentration of your API at the same nominal concentration and seeing the result to be 121% of what it should be?
Is the reference standard and your API in the same salt forms? Differences like this can be seen when using measuring free-bases against salts.
