Use Agilent Binary Pump with Empower 3

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned in the original post, I am only using the Agilent's Binary Pump. I don't see a LAN connection behind the pump. I see some RS232 and a CAN connection. How do I go about connecting this to my Alliance system? I am wondering if CAN acts as LAN and can be connected but not sure.

Hi DSQ  my apologies as the binary pump module is the only Agilent module you have and it does not have LAN port, you can try to install a LAN Card (G1369-60012). Unfortunately CAN cannot be used as LAN but can only be used to connect to another Agilent LC module.

Thank you for your reply. In that case, Is there any other start/stop signal cable that I can use to trigger start/stop from the Alliance system? Mainly I want the pump to stop when my sequence stops on Alliance.
