All Icons of Chemstation version B.04.03 with Window XP grey out

Hello, 
 
 We have 1100 HPLC System on which ChemStation Version B.04.02 sp1(208) was running with Window XP. Recently, We had server update and ChemStation Version B.04.02sp1(208) stopped working. We installed ChemStation version B.04.03 with window 7 on same system with appropriate Jet Direct Card but still all icons of ChemStation version B.04.03 are grey. It look like there is some communication issue between PC and instrument. How do I know what I am missing and How to correct this issue? 
 I will appreciate any suggestion to sort out this?

Hello Mkaila, 
 Jet Direct LAN Card needs IP assignment which must be done by CAG BootP server.. and you must insure that this service is started correctly to be able to connect the instrument with the PC 
 Note : you must know the MAC address of the Jet Direct LAN Card to be able to assign the IP correctly.
