I think you should perform pressure test by using Lab advisor.

Check discussion in above link..

May be some consumables did not sit or malfunctioning.

Before replacing seal, did u wet seal with mobile phase in any beaker for a moment.

Actually, labadvisor won't allow for any tests on this model, we got an error message. On chemstation, there was no available tests either.

I wondered if the BIN SL require a certain extension or a different version.

What version of Lab Advisor do you have?

It's the 2.17.453 Basic.

I am wondering if there is a patch needed to properly use the SL version, since there are missing options mentioned in the manual such as compressibility compensation  settings and the tests. I hope someone would be able to advise.

Thanks McGmtl for confirming. At this point the cause may be within both pump heads and/or between these and the purge valve (inclusive).
Since you have had this issue for a while and have already replaced a few parts, however the issue still persists (with the possibility of more than one part being the cause), it is best to contact your local Agilent Customer Support Team. You can share the pump model number and serial number + description of the issue and parts you have already replaced. They will be able to help you diagnose this more closely.
