g1367a autosamplre needle lock fail

We suddenly lost power during sample injection, when the power back,  the autosampler got needle lock fail  error message and fail to go back to needle seat, anybody could help?  we did a cold start but not work.

  • hello you can start again a cold start. You can try this process : 

    In the user interface perform a “Sample Transport Self Alignment”. In the Agilent Lab Monitor & Diagnostic Software the "Sample Transport Self Alignment" can be found under the "Calibration" icon

    you can try this complete cold cold start 

      

    Unfortunately if problem persists a repair will be required
