Hi Shahrul,
What LC modules do you have? What version of software?
We have videos here in the Agilent Community and some older maintenance videos for the 1100/1200 are here: http://www.chem.agilent.com/cag/cabu/lcvideoindex.asp
Here is an older but good document Tips and Tricks of LC user maintenance:
There are user manuals on the Agilent.com website.... if you search for the model and "user".
There are tests that you can run from Lab Advisor http://labadvisor.pl29.agilent.com/latest a handheld controller or old Chemstation.
The latest version of lab advisor does not work on older operating systems..
The main things I look at are:
Pump: is the pressure stable and "normal, how is the pressure ripple? Does it pass the Leak or Pressure test? Are the retention times of the standards reproducible?
Autosampler: Pressure test pass? Are the areas of the standards reproducible?
Column Compartment: Run the Thermostat test.
Detectors: run the built in tests
my HPLC is agilent 1100 series DAD.. thanks for your recommendation

You can read about the maintenance of the DAD in the usermanual as well get it here: https://www.agilent.com/cs/library/usermanuals/public/G1315-90006_DAD-A_B_User_ebook.pdf
starting on page 100 the maintenance is described.. Especially when disassembling the flow cell it´s hard to get it right on the first try if you have like 10 tiny parts on the table.. The tiny washers are acutally plate springs and have to be in the correct orientation to work, when pulling them out use a toothpick so they stay in the correct order.
For the pump make sure the PTFE frit in the purge valve gets replaced regularly-about every 2 months or more often if needed.
