sampler error #105, run cancel

Agilent 6850-5975.

After replacing the autosampler, I started receiving the following error: "sampler error #105", after washing the injection does not occur, the analysis stops. What is this error?

the sampler is in perfect order, the green ready lamp is on, there are no errors, after the start, washing and sampling begin, ready lamp flashes , then the analysis ends (without real starting) and an entry appears in the logbook "sampler error #105"

What acquisition software are you running? I'm not able to locate that specific error message in the help in MSD Chemstation E.02.02 SP2 nor MassHunter...

A simple troubleshooting step is to remove the syringe and try it.
