the sampler is in perfect order, the green ready lamp is on, there are no errors, after the start, washing and sampling begin, ready lamp flashes , then the analysis ends (without real starting) and an entry appears in the logbook "sampler error #105"
What acquisition software are you running? I'm not able to locate that specific error message in the help in MSD Chemstation E.02.02 SP2 nor MassHunter...
A simple troubleshooting step is to remove the syringe and try it.
