I have a problem with the transfer line. When I want to raise the temperature to 280 °C it turns off and a sign appears that says "THERMAL AUX 2 OPEN SENSOR" and "THERMAL SHUTDOWN". Nevertheless, if I set the temperature in 140°C, it works. But at 170°C the signs appear again and it turns off. We already separated the GC from the MS, we checked the wires and they are ok. I hope you can find the way to fix it. Thank you.
