baseline offset 5973

The chromatographic baseline using my 5973 is consistently cut off and below the observable window for both the acquisition mode and post-run views. Is there a setting to adjust the baseline location (moving it up into the observable window) so that it is observable?

Yes you can edit the method and set the Y scale in the MS parameters screen. Also you can click on the up and down arrows on the left side anytime even as it is running to bring things on screen.
