Qualifier ratios jumped ten fold from one run to the next. What could cause this, auto tune was within spec. Previous run was fine.
Ratios? What about peak heights/areas? If you load the previous run and this run in MassHunter Qual and overlay them, are they similar? What about the subsequent runs, were they similar to the earlier one or was one odd one different?
Please provide more information. Maybe screen shots of what you're describing? What instrument, what method parameters, what solvent, how much sample is in the vial, etc....

Jessica, it is very hard to make guesses or give recommendations without more information. 10 fold increase in ...what? The qualifier ratio of what ions to what ions? 10 fold increase in peak area or height?
If the mass spectrometer's tune was good before and good after these runs, it is probably not the MS. Most instant large increases and decreases in peaks are injection issues like a plugged syringe or an autosampler having problems injecting the same amount.
