5973 MSD fault Status dec 448 hex 1c0

After turning on and booting of the 5973N MSD, I go to MENU and then scroll and I get MSD Fault Status dec 448 hec 1c0. What does it mean?

Thanks for the response!!

The MSD is not in service. Got it from a government lab. They upgraded their equipment in 2021 and this MSD had been stored since then. It was said to be functional when removed.

I have only the MSD, no other gear or software

Does it have a LAN port?

or GPIB?

The 5973 is out of guaranteed support and some parts are unavailable. The GPIB version is very old for an analytical instrument, first released in 1996.

Just for my own entertainment, what is the exact model and serial number off of the sticker?

A 5973 Networked version with a Diffusion high vacuum pump. It was built the 42nd week of 1999, 23 1/2 years ago.
