Changing the IP Address on a HP 6890 Plus

Question

Hello, 
 I have a HP 6890 Plus that I need to change the IP address on. Can anyone guide me on how to do that? It has been a while since I've done it. Do I connect my PC to it and change the IP through the network settings?

The manual can be found at https://www.agilent.com/cs/library/usermanuals/public/G1369C_LAN-InterfaceCard.pdf . Look at the section on setting the configuration switches on pages 21-26. Instructions for using Telnet start on page 39. 
 Telnet may need to be enabled on the PC. To do that, open Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features. Click on "Turn Windows features on or off" and a new window will open listing the Windows features. Select "Telnet Client" and click OK. Admin access and permissions may be required to complete this.
