Are you using headspace for injection?

No, we unfortunately dont have headspace.. It is "normal" injection. 

What is split ratio

And what column you are using

Generally, purge & trap or headspace techniques are used for volatile samples.

But in your case, you do not have so only optimization is possible to see consistency of results are okay or not.

DB-WAX column,

split ratio 10:1 

Ok.

Put split ratio 1:35 then check.

Then again next check do with splt ratio 1:5.

See in both conditions, what differences are coming...

Since as u said run time is very short so can check fast...

ok, i did it for lower concentration which I did today (on split 10:1 results was from 26 to 14) and ... 

split 35:1 --> 1st inj: 2,32; 2nd inj: 1,82 (same problem..), solvent peak - methanol - was also smaller 

split 5:1 --> 1st inj: 7,82; 2nd inj: 5,94, solvent peak also bigger. But there i should have results buigger then on split 10:1.. ehh what's going onnnn

At least something going on with split ratio 1:5.

Kindly share method detail..inlet, oven, detector and column...

And how much u r injecting sample...

column: DB-WAX, 30m, 0,53mm, 1um
inlet: 160*C; 2,2193 psi

det: 180*C; 45:450:45 ml/min (H2, air, He)

oven: 40*C for 1 min then 30*C/min to 135*C for 3 min (run time 7,16) 

VC peak is about 2,6 min, after that in 3,8 min methanol.

You need anything else about method detalis? 

I use 10ul syringe, and amount of inj is 1ul, you mean that?

i try but i dont know why flame in my gc on this parameters goes out and ignites..

something is wrong with that flow 30:300:30 ml/min (H2, air, He).
