Thank you for your question. Can you please send a screenshot of the error to cellanalysis.support@agilent.com along with your diagnostic files so we can see what might be going on? To access the diagnostic files, from the home screen, select "help", then send system files. Save those files to a USB, and send to this email and we would be happy to take a look for you!

Thank you for your commitment to resolving my problem. I wish to inform you that a technician from your sister company (Chemetrix) visited our facility and promptly resolved the issue. Apparently, we were denied Acces rights as admins to the instrument after a local network configuration. The instrument is now working as normal.

Thank you for speaking to us via email. After doing additional troubleshooting, the instrument needs to be evaluated and repaired as there seems to be a hardware issue.
