EM adjust

Do you know oany way to increase the signal of the high masses at the expense of the signal of the lower masses? When I perform the EM adjustment I get an increase of signal but the response is much more important in the low masses than in the high ones.

Hi Enrique.

When you perform the autotune, you have an option to "prefer" lower or higher masses.

You go to batch > parameters for autotune > and try to lower the mass balance until prefered results.

Anyway, in ICP the higher masses usually have more counts than lower masses.

Yes, that is the window. I don't know which balance would suit best for your technique and equipment, but you can try changing it and see the results.
