The ignition error could be related with High Voltage Power Supply, filament , sample introduction or Ar flow. So, first of all, check if the Ar flow is ok. Also, you can check the work coil and try to new torch.
If after checking all the points mentioned above, please contact with your Support Center, because perhaps there is a issue with HV PS or filament.
