SPS 4 autosampler․ error

Hello,
I'm Ani.
I'm working with ICP-OES and ran into a problem with the SPS 4 autosampler.
it doesn't work, it gives an error. I did everything necessary, which is indicated in the instructions (from guide of error codes).

What could be the problem?

Hello,

From the error code this look like error 5 with red light 2 and 4 on. Axis movement failed. Either something is blocking the X movement or there is a problem with the sensor. This will require repair. Please call the response center to get more help over the phone.
