Can I set up a DA method to ignore the first replicate?

Hi all, 
 We just fired up our 8900 after a few months of downtime. The first replicate is giving consistently low CPS and I am addressing this through the method/setup suggestions of prior posts. 
 But, I was also wondering if we can up the data analysis method to ignore the first replicate? I can't find any obvious parameter that allows this in the method editor.

Never mind, just discovered how. 
 For future reference, right-click over the samples and select "Reject Settings", a pop-up appears allowing to select which replicates to reject.
