This issue started a couple weeks ago and has not been resolved by using previous batches before the issue occurred.
I'm using Masshunter v4.5 and the problem is that the first calibration point "CalBlk" does not auto populate with a "1" in the Level column like it always used to. The other 5 points do, but the 1 gets skipped.
It's easy enough to just type in the 1 and reprocess the batch, but it is annoying to have to do when it wasn't an issue before. We already had one instance where the 1 wasn't replaced until well after the calibration had finished and had to reprint all of our sample data that had run.
I appreciate any help anyone can give me.
