RF Power Tube Air Flow failure

Question

Hi Guys,

I got problem on Vista Pro ICP. It juts happen today, and never happen before.

Error Code : "F1250 = RF Power Tube Air Flow Failure."

Anyone have idea how to solve this problem? or where the air flow sensor locate inside the ICP? i might need to clean it.

Hi Zulfahmi, 
 If you open the front cover you will see a silver pipe which is vertically mounted. The &bdquo;round thing&ldquo; is the differential pressure sensor. Either the sensor is dirty, or broken. The third possibility is, that the fan is broken, but you should hear if it is running or not.

as you are expected, the "Round Thing" was main cause for this issue.
i clean both the sensor and Vaccum Fan. Since it was more than 10 year front panel never been inspected.
now it running again normally.
