Gas Flow error

Please make sure you check the pressure gauge of your regulator and compare to the range written behind the EGCM module. Confirm all tubing are connected at the correct port.   If everything is normal.    If not, then you may have a defective unit, or you are not using the proper gas to the EGCM.  Wrong bottle connected or wrong type of gas has the mass flow is gas dependent.  Perform the test into the instrument test to see if it passed.
