P/A Factor 7900 ICP MS MassHunter

Question

Hello, I have the new MassHunter. Well, my P/A factor has failed. :-( do I correct this? I don't understand how to correct it. I am supposed to select a measurement from the "Load Mass List from Method". and added it. Unfortunately, the Current Value is not available. What did I do wrong? What do I need to do now? Thanks in advance.

Hello Kathi, 
 there are two ways of doing the P/A Factor. 
 1. Is to activate it in the "plasma tab" for the startup - therefore you have to prepare a solution with the elements you need and in a concentration, that the instrument is using the analog mode (higher than 1.000.000 counts) 
 2. Is to activate the P/A factor calculation in the Batch - Then Masshunter uses the standards as a p/a factor solution.
