how to remove "reject " selection from a calibration curve?

Hi

1. we obtained Al calibration curve but noticed one of the calibration points was removed by reject selection. And also one two gree dots were observed too.

2. we trie to include this point into the calibration curve by checking out " reject", but we could not find where to do?

why was this reject selected automatically by the instrument? what factor triggered it?

3. why did two green dots appear?

Thank you

best regards

  • Analog mode is used for high concentrations because once a count reaches a certain amount the detector can no longer handle that much signal intensity.  When this happens the detector automatically switches to analog mode which measures the electronic pulse signal and then uses the P/A factor to convert to a pulse signal. That is why we can have such a high dynamic range to work in.
