Are you running resolution/axis for the startup? M/z 205 is failing since the axis is outside the limits and the peak is too wide. I suggest running the startup optimization for the quadrupole.
From the 7:89:205 ratios, I would recommend checking the foreline pump as well. You can open performance reports in history view and compare IF/BK values with past values.
