Hello everyone,
I have a problem dropping unstability intensity used MSIS spraychamber to determination mercury.
I used NaBH4 as reductant
I didnt use pre reductant as example L-cystine or tartaric
I started run standard Hg 50ppb have good intensity, i run calibration then i try 10 sampel CRM have good recovery but after 5 sample, i saw dropping intensity. I checked standard concentration Hg 50ppb run as sample the intensity and concentration was dropping too.
I recalibrate standard calibration and run CRM again, recovery back to normal but after 4 sample, i saw dropping intensity again.
Any sugestion about this?
