Issue with Autosampler SPS4 (240FS)

Hello. I’ve got an issue, could you help me in it? I’m working with Agilent 240FS with Autosampler sps4. What could be a reason of that error appearance (on the pic). After starting analyzing process capillary rinsing don’t start (peristaltic pump on sps4 just doesn’t move). Recently the computer needed to be replaced and the original Agilent software was installed on a new PC, after which installation the autosampler stopped working.

Problem solved. The format in Region settings should be set to "English (United States)", nothing else. As a result, the Decimal symbol under Numbers in Additional settings becomes a point (Anglo-Saxon decimalization) instead of a comma (Western European decimalization). The rinse pump apparently detects this disparity in sample exchanger SPS 4.
