Is the Platin Shield installed correctly? Are those Contacts in good conditions?

is this problem only in MS/MS mode or also present in single quad mode?

Hi, the Platin Shield is correctly installed and is also new. Last Friday we measured the grounding, it was 0.04 ohm. We followed the guide  troubleshooting-tool-for-low-sensitivity: 

1.2.2 Adjust res/axis using mass 12, 56, and 80

Did the startup task end without error？

Answ: No

The next step says: 

To solve the problem an engineer from Agilent is needed.

Sorry, the grounding was not 0.04 ohm, it was 0.4 ohm

And the problem is in single quad and ms/ms mode

It seems like you have a shifted mass scale.

Are you dealing with user/custom tune, and have selected "override hardware settings" ??

If so, load a tune with valid settings and override the corrupt values with these ones.

How did you measure the resistance of the shield?

The above pictures were taken with "override hardware settings" active because Agilent representatives in Argentina asked for: 

1. Increase 300V approximately pulse and analog voltages until you can do axis optimization with standard startup (do not run the full startup, just axis).

It wasn't possible to do the axis optimization.
